Hello & welcome

I’m Paulina — founder of Aha Moments, mindfulness and compassion teacher, and a Mexican living in Germany.

My work is grounded in formal training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-Based Compassionate Living (MBCL), and shaped by lived experience across cultures, motherhood, and transition.

I offer practices that are realistic, adaptable, and rooted in respect for the nervous system
