Grounded in training, shaped by life.

Hello and welcome.

I’m Paulina, the person behind Aha Moments, and I’d love to share a little about what has brought me here.

I was born in Mexico and have lived abroad since I was 18, moving between countries and cultures. Some of those experiences have been fascinating, others deeply challenging. All of them have been transformative. Today, I am a mother and part of a bicultural family living between Berlin and the German countryside.

Living between cultures, away from my country of origin, constantly in new or unfamiliar environments, has shaped the way I understand life. It has taught me sensitivity to the complexity of being human and planted in me a genuine desire for deep connection.

I teach mindfulness, compassion, and trauma-informed yoga. My path into teaching grew out of my own lived experience with these practices. I began practicing in my twenties, during a time marked by stress, anxiety, depression, and physical pain. Over time, these practices stopped being just tools and became part of my life. They are a way of relating to myself, to others, and to life itself.

Aha Moments is an extension of that lived experience.

It is grounded in formal training in Yoga, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-Based Compassionate Living (MBCL), and shaped by real life.

You won’t find idealized versions of wellbeing here. You will find practices that are adaptable and realistic, respectful of the body and mind, and supportive of nervous system regulation.

My work often connects with people who are moving through transitions, significant changes, or periods of high demand. It is open to anyone seeking a more present, clear, and resilient way of meeting life.

It often reaches those who appear to function well on the outside, yet internally are navigating stress, doubt, or emotional pain.

This space is an invitation to meet yourself just as you are.

Welcome to Aha Moments.

How I teach.

My work is structured, evidence-based, and trauma-aware. I draw primarily from Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-Based Compassionate Living (MBCL), adapting these frameworks to the realities of everyday life.

In my courses, we move slowly and deliberately. There is space for reflection, silence, and honest conversation. Practices are adaptable to different bodies, life situations, and levels of experience.

I am less interested in peak experiences and more interested in steady practice, the kind that slowly and sustainably becomes part of your everyday life.
